Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise requested and paid for all packages will be sent through Australia post express or international mail. National delivery times vary from 1 day to 14 days depending on location and International delivery can vary between 5-21 days.
Katie the Artist is responsible for any loss or damage of your product up until the point of delivery to your specified address. Should an item not be delivered or be delivered damaged please contact us via info@artclassbrisbane.com.au. For damaged items we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
As all of our items are made to order we do not accept returns or cancellations. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ear posts | Our earring posts are hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel, with the exception of gold wired fittings which are gold coated lead and nickel free.
